Our chefs are skilled in cooking techniques like stir-frying, boiling, steaming, baking, braising, sautéing, shallow frying, deep frying and roasting.

Not fattening: Unlike overseas Chinese food and some regional styles, a lot of oil or grease isn’t used either. Neither are dairy products. Although some sauces have sugar in them to sweeten them up, they’re significantly lower than many other Chinese food options.

Dim Sum Palace is definitely a hole in the wall. I’ve tried their egg custard buns, chicken shumai buns, etc. I must say the wrapping is super thin and melts in your mouth. They have other entrees but mostly they specialize in dim sum. I would definitely come here again. It’s very quiet in here and not busy at all. They also finished my order in less than ten minutes so if you’re starving, it’s not much of a wait.

The best Chinese food I have eaten in the last 6 years in the United States; the traditional pork fried rice is so delicious I could eat it every day; all fresh, hot, delicious; the truth is that you will enjoy everything you ask for; We went at 11:00 PM and it was full of people, however everything was fast, we didn’t take long to order and the food arrived at our table in 5 minutes.

This is hands down the best dim sum I’ve ever had. I’ve only had dim sum a handful of times, but my boyfriend who is Chinese also really liked this place. We’re from Chicago and we think NYC has better dim sum. You guys are very lucky to have delicious dim sum!
